Practice anytime, anywhere with a sliding scale of $10-20

We connect on Sunday evenings for Restorative Yoga, but what about the rest of the week? Browse the library for a mixture of hatha, gentle, and restorative classes to reconnect whatever the time or day.

Our yoga practice is just that, ours. Some days it’s sweet to have a guide along the way.

My hope is that these offerings serve as a reminder of the quiet beauty that is you, always.

What are Restorative Yoga, Gentle Yoga, and Slow Flow or Hatha Yoga?

Restorative yoga doesn’t stretch the muscles. Instead, we use props like pillows and blankets to under the body to help the physical and emotional bodies release. This is a deeply relaxing space perfect for a rest day from training, to receive while grieving, or to let go after work. Passive breath work is often practiced.

Gentle yoga combines the use of conscious breathing and moving the body through asanas designed to lubricate the joints. The class is performed mostly on the floor with the use of some props to help the mind and body release.

Slow flow is a mildly more rigorous movement space where you’ll practice some standing poses and exert a bit more energy. Usually geared toward the morning hours to enliven the body and breath, while setting the intentionality for your day.
